Together, we will embark on a transformative journey that focuses on building self-confidence, finding a sense of purpose, and fostering healthier connections.

To tailor the counselling experience to your specific needs, I integrate a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. These include mindful self-compassion (MSC), motivational interviewing (MI), the Gottman method, internal family systems (IFS), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT).

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. These qualifications, along with my ongoing professional development, enable me to provide you with effective and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
