In this 2-hour educational workshop Get and Keep the Relationship You Want, attendees will gain an introduction to practical tools from the world's foremost couple’s therapists and researchers. Jason Evans (M.A., R.C.C.) uses a mix of humour, personal/clinical experience, and interactive exercises, to make the often-complicated science of healthy relationships accessible, engaging and fun. Whether single, newly living together or in a long-term relationship, this workshop will help you break free from unhealthy emotional patterns and provide the knowhow to start making positive change in your most important relationships.

Get and Keep the Relationship You Want-(Part 2): February 21st 2019, The Art of Loving, 369 West Broadway Vancouver

This 2-hour workshop will start off with a brief review of topics covered in Part 1, including how to manage conflict, break free from unhealthy emotional patterns, and create lasting fondness and admiration. From there, you will learn how to build trust, love and loyalty in your relationships as well as adopt a shared sense of purpose.

As in Part 1, Jason uses a mix of personal/clinical experiences and interactive exercises to help demystify the complicated art of enduring connection. You’ll be able to apply the tools learned in this workshop to all area of your life, with the take away that resilient relationships are based on enhancing your ability to understand and be understood.

Fundamentals of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), March 9th 2017, 6-8 PM, 1892 West Broadway, Vancouver

*Fundamentals in CBT is the first in a series of workshops to introduce people to some of the key concepts in counselling. Workshops are designed to be accessible/informative, giving all who attend time to interact, participate and ask questions.
